regulatory, and institutional environment within which businesses operate. Beyond
compliance, it increasingly defines the broader societal expectations that
organizations must navigate to earn and sustain their social licence to operate.
Integrating public policy into strategic decision-making is therefore essential to
strengthening organizational resilience, competitiveness, and long-term value
creation.

CII–Suresh Neotia Centre of Excellence for Leadership (SNCEL), Kolkata, has
designed an Executive Programme on Public Policy.
The 5-week Executive Online Learning Journey, spearheaded by Smt. Sumita
