Executive Programme on AI for Leaders

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Artificial Intelligence is no longer optional for managers—it is becoming integral to how decisions are made, teams are led, and work gets done. Yet, while AI tools are widely available, many organisations struggle with inconsistent adoption, weak judgment, and unmanaged risk.

The Executive Programme on AI for Leaders, offered by the CII–Suresh Neotia Centre of Excellence for Leadership, is a structured 5-week virtual programme designed to bridge this gap. The programme equips mid- and senior-level managers with the confidence, judgment, and practical capability to integrate AI responsibly into day-to-day managerial work.

This programme focuses on managerial decision-making, leadership, and productivity, not on coding or tool training.
