About the Programme:
Given the new realities of a physically disconnected workforce, it is critical to understand the intricate nuances of working virtually by retaining productivity, driving L&D, and how culture is the secret sauce of success.

This learning session will bring to the fore how organizations implemented work from home during COVID - 19, how they stabilized operations, and their plans for the new reality post-crisis.

Gianni Giacomelli
Chief Innovation Leader, Genpact Limited

Gianni drives and sponsors Genpact’s strategic initiatives aimed at sustaining clients’ transformation into digitally-enabled companies and focuses on design-driven digital transformation efforts that take into account the human and organizational side of technological change. Gianni also co-leads the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) efforts to set up a Collective Intelligence Design Lab – aimed at exploring and designing combined people-machine groups able to generate radical innovation and has authored a number of scientific papers in collaboration with MIT researchers. He has completed advanced education programs focused on innovation at Harvard and MIT apart from a post graduate degree in organizational and social behavior from the London School of Economics and a Business Administration degree from the EME Strasbourg Business School and the University of Florence

Urvashi Singh
Senior Vice President and HR Leader, Genpact Limited

Urvashi holds multiple portfolios including Global Business HR Partnership for Managed Services and Functions, Total Rewards and setting up some critical functions for Genpact.

She has spent ~16 years with Genpact and has deep expertise across Business HR and Corporate HR (Total Rewards & Executive Hiring). She has also held a leadership position based out of China managing Executive Staffing for Genpact’s operations there. Prior to Genpact, she was with ITC Limited and held a variety of HR roles. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in History from St. Stephen’s College and a Diploma in Germanic and Roman Languages from Delhi University. She has been a Director in Genpact India Private Limited since 1st October, 2016.
