Future of HR from 2020: Machine Learning

About the Programme: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the use of algorithms that mimic human intelligence to perform cognitive functions and solve problems through computer vision, self-learning, cognitive reasoning, natural language processing, and more.

Even though HR appears to be lagging behind in the adoption of AI compared to other company business functions, HR departments can considerably utilize the massive power of AI.

With data at their core, HR departments offer a huge opportunity for AI software to embrace the use of datasets with potential job candidates, past candidates, and current employees which create a very fertile environment for AI to yield analytics-backed insights into various HR-related processes improving the overall company’s performance.

In the context of the above, the CII Suresh Neotia Centre of Excellence for Leadership is conducting an Online Masterclass Series on “Future of HR from 2020: Machine Learning” with the objective of looking at some key areas and sharing valuable insights to enable HR to become more skilled & reliable for delivering strategic and revenue/cost driven results.

Faculty Profile: 
Dr. Raul V. Rodriguez holds an MBA, MHRM, and MSc in Big Data and BI from Universidad Isabel I, Spain and has completed his PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Applications to HR from San Miguel University, Mexico.

He is the Fmr. CEO at Irians Research Institute, a research institute specialized in the field of neuromarketing, AI, ML, cybersecurity, market research.

His fields of interest and expertise include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Human-Robot Interface, and Robotics Mobility. 

Dr. Raul has over 35+ publications to his name including tech magazine articles, research papers, and two books. Alongside this, he has been a keynote speaker and panel moderator in more than 12 national/international conferences and summits.

He is a registered expert in Artificial intelligence, Intelligent Systems, Multi-agent Systems at the European Commission and has been nominated for the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2020 list.
